This does mean that my article is completely correct: "don't format the drive from Recovery Mode", you confirm my thought, if you have found all of those problems in order to solve it! Your way is another way to fix the trouble, thanks for it, but it doesn't mean that what I wrote is wrong, instead your experience confirm that is better to don't format the drive from Recovery Mode, as I wrote. The only one who has fault here is Apple that should put an alert/warning before the user do it.
